| Excellent Mechanics , Service, and very Friendly Staff. |

| Paul and his mechanics know their job inside out. Paul always has our safety in mind when it comes to the condition of our tires. He is a people person and easy to talk to about what's happening with our vehicles. His receptionist is so happy and bubbly and makes waiting in the lobby a joy! Our last visit to Paul's was a very memorable one! |

| One of the BEST mechanics in Canada. Knows his trade. I send my family to him as he does what is needed and no more. For example: my daughter was told in Petawawa that she needed new rotors and pads for her back breaks. I told her to wait till she came to Kingston and go see Paul. She did and instead of replacing the rotors and pads, Paul stated that the calipers needed cleaning and that the rotors and pads were fine. My daughter saved a few hundred dollars there and that was last fall and she still has no issues with her brakes. Recommend Paul's Auto to everyone? |

| When asked to check radiator coolant, I would like to have what the temperature is good for on bill. Tire change, I would like tire senser reset with out asking. |

| Very fast and efficient. To be able to borrow a loaner car for a day or 2 is very convenient. |

| I took my car in for an issue, it was repaired and sent back to me. The problem wasn't fixed but when I called back to ask about it they quickly got me in and did the proper repair free of charge. Over all they were great to deal with and very fast at getting my vehicle back to me. I only gave 4 stars because the problem wasn't fixed the first time but was fixed and I will be going back for future repairs! |

| My waste-gate actuator was replaced in 2018 and was told I need a new one again by Paul?s, which they replaced in Sept 2021. About 2 days later my check engine light was on again and my SUV was still acting the same as it was before I went to Paul?s. It still needs to be fixed. |
